Set up logic
Logic shows certain questions only when a condition is met (e.g. only if score < 7 show "What can we improve?"). Configure this on the Logic tab.
What you will see
On the Logic tab you see blocks and rules that control when a block is shown.
A rule links an "if" block (e.g. score or choice) to a "show" block visible only when the condition is true.
Conditions include score below/above X, selected option, etc., depending on question type.
With logic enabled, reordering on Build may be limited to avoid conflicts.
How to set it up
1. Open the form and go to the Logic tab.
2. Add a new rule (e.g. "If [question X] then show [block Y]").
3. Choose the source block and set the condition (e.g. score < 8 or choice = "No").
4. Choose the target block to show when true. Save the rule.
5. Test in Preview with different answers to verify follow-ups appear correctly.
Tips
Use logic to shorten surveys: show only relevant follow-ups (e.g. when dissatisfied).
Show an open "improve" text block only after a low score for targeted feedback.
With multiple rules on one block, avoid conflicting conditions.
Common issues
Follow-up not shown: check the condition and that the target block comes after the source in order.
Logic blocks reordering: adjust logic first or temporarily remove the rule.
