Add questions
On the Build tab you add questions and blocks via the block menu. You can reorder by dragging and edit each block in the right panel. This article covers adding, editing, and reordering questions.
What you will see
On the Build tab you see a preview on the left and an edit panel for the selected block on the right.
A button adds a new block and opens the menu with categories: Text, Contact, Numeric, Choice, Other.
Per question type the right panel shows question text, options (for choice), scale (for NPS/Rating), and required field.
You can reorder blocks by dragging in the list (unless logic blocks reordering).
How to set it up
1. Open your form under Surveys and go to the Build tab.
2. Click add block (plus or "Add") and choose a type (e.g. Email, NPS, Single choice).
3. Click the new block in the preview; on the right enter question text and options or scale.
4. Set the field as required or optional in the panel. Save.
5. Add more blocks and drag them into order. Use End screen under Other for a closing message.
Tips
Start with a Welcome (Start) block and end with End screen for a clear finish.
When using logic, reordering may warn you; adjust logic first if needed.

Common issues
Cannot drag: check if logic is on the form; reordering may be blocked. Adjust or temporarily remove rules.
Changes disappear: click Save or ensure auto-save is on; do not refresh without saving.
