Send email via flow
The email step picks the template and recipient column from the trigger data table. With Mail Approval enabled, emails may queue for approval first.
What you will see
Choose a template from workspace Email Templates.
Select the column that holds the recipient email; it must exist on the trigger table.
With Mail Approval on, emails go to the approval queue instead of sending immediately (within limits).
How to set it up
1. Open the flow and go to the email step (after trigger and form).
2. Select a template; create one under Email Templates if needed (see Create templates).
3. Choose the recipient column (e.g. "Email"). Save.
4. Map template variables to data table columns if needed.
5. Save the flow. With Mail Approval, approve queued emails or enable auto-send (see Set up Mail Approval).
Tips
Test the template in the editor; ensure the form link placeholder is correct.
Check Understand limits for enough sending capacity for flow volume.
Common issues
Email not delivered: check recipient column, spam, and Mail Approval queue. See Flow debugging.
Template missing: create one under Email Templates and link it in the flow.
