Link form to flow
In a flow you choose which form is sent. You may map placeholders (e.g. {{first_name}}) from data table columns for the form or email.
What you will see
The form step lists active (non-archived) workspace forms.
If templates support placeholders, map each to a column from the trigger table.
Values come from the triggered row on each run.
How to set it up
1. Open the flow and go to the form step.
2. Select the form to send. Save.
3. Map template variables to the correct columns (e.g. First name, Email).
4. In the email step confirm the recipient column (usually Email).
Tips
Test the form in Preview before using it in a flow.
For personalized email, ensure the table has a first name or name column mapped to the template.
Common issues
Form missing from list: check it is not archived and you are in the correct workspace.
Empty variables: ensure the mapped column has values for triggered rows.
