Set up Mail Approval
Mail Approval queues outgoing flow emails for manual approval or auto-send—useful for control and compliance. Available on Pro; enable per workspace.
What you will see
When enabled, Mail Approval appears in the menu with a queue of pending emails.
Approve or reject individually or in bulk; history of sent/rejected may be available.
Settings control auto-send vs always manual approval.
How to set it up
1. Mail Approval is Pro; ensure your workspace is on Pro (see Plans explained).
2. Enable Mail Approval in Settings or workspace configuration.
3. Flow emails appear in the queue; approve or reject.
4. Optionally allow automatic sending without manual approval in Mail Approval settings.
Tips
Use queue preview to verify email and recipient quickly.
At high volume consider auto-approval with limits (see Understand limits).
Common issues
Mail Approval not visible: confirm Pro plan and that an admin enabled it.
Emails stuck in queue: approve manually or enable auto-send.
