Create templates
Email templates define invitation emails (including the form link). Create them under Email Templates and use them in flows.
What you will see
Email Templates lists all workspace templates for edit or create.
Editor: subject and body, often with a form link placeholder (e.g. {{form_link}}).
Variables (e.g. {{first_name}}) map to data table columns in the flow.
Preview shows the email; test sends may be available.
How to set it up
1. Click Email Templates in the left menu.
2. Edit an existing template or create a new one.
3. Enter subject and body; place the form link where respondents should click.
4. Add personalization variables; map them in the flow to table columns.
5. Save and select the template in the flow email step (see Send email via flow).
Tips
Keep emails short: why they receive it, what to do (click the link), optional deadline.
Test with a test send or one flow run to your own address.
Common issues
Link broken in email: verify the form link placeholder and flow mapping.
Variables show literally: map variables to columns in the flow.
