Link data to flows
Flows use the data table for trigger, recipient, and variables. Map the email column for recipients and other columns to template placeholders like {{first_name}}.
What you will see
In the flow email step you choose the recipient column (often the table email column).
Map each template variable to a column from the trigger table.
Each run uses values from the triggered row.
How to set it up
1. Set column settings on the table (email, first name). See Manage columns.
2. In the flow email step select the recipient column.
3. Map template variables to table columns (e.g. First name).
4. Save; the next run uses the triggered row values.
Tips
Use consistent column names across tables you use in flows.
Empty column values produce empty placeholders—fill important fields.
Common issues
Missing recipient or failed email: ensure the column has valid email per triggered row.
Empty variable in email: check column mapping and row values.
