A custom domain serves form links on your domain (e.g. survey.yourcompany.com) instead of feedback-analytics.com—for trust and branding. Configure via DNS.

What you will see

Where supported, enter your domain and receive DNS instructions (CNAME or A record).

After DNS verification, form links use your domain.

How to set it up

1. Go to Settings or domain section and choose custom domain for form links.

2. Enter your (sub)domain (e.g. survey.yourcompany.com). Note DNS records.

3. Add CNAME or A record in your DNS. Save.

4. Verify in the app (DNS propagation may take time).

Tips

For email sender domain use SPF/DKIM; see Set up your own domain (SPF/DKIM). Form link domain is separate.

Verification failed: wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours) and confirm exact record values.
