Set up your own domain (SPF/DKIM)

Using your own sender domain (e.g. feedback@yourcompany.com) with SPF and DKIM DNS records improves deliverability and brand recognition.

What you will see

Where supported, Settings or Email settings show domain and DNS instructions.

You receive SPF and DKIM TXT values to add in your DNS.

After DNS is set, the app can verify records and allow sending from your domain.

How to set it up

1. Go to Settings or the email/domain section.

2. Enter your sender domain (e.g. yourcompany.com). Note SPF and DKIM records.

3. Add the TXT records in your domain DNS. Save.

4. Verify in the app (DNS propagation can take hours).

5. Use this domain as sender in templates or as default sender.

Tips

Correct SPF and DKIM reduce spam filtering.

Ask your host or IT team to add TXT records if needed.

Common issues

Verification failed: wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours) and confirm exact record values.

Emails still from default domain: activate your domain and check template sender settings.

FAQ

DNS records that authorize sending email on behalf of your domain and help spam filters treat your mail as legitimate.
