Share a form

After building your form, share the link or embed code so respondents can complete it. Use the Share screen; you may also generate a QR code.

On Share you see the form URL to copy and share.

An embed code (iframe) lets you place the form on your website.

Depending on your workspace you can generate a QR code pointing to the link.

1. Open the form and go to Share (tab or header button).

2. Copy the form link and send it by email, chat, or other channels.

3. For your website: copy the embed code into the page HTML where the form should appear.

4. With a flow you do not need to share manually; the flow sends the link by email (see Send email via flow).

Test the link in a private/incognito window to verify the respondent experience.

For flows, the template usually includes the correct link; check Email Templates.

Link does not open: ensure the form is published/active and no password or one-time restriction blocks access.

Embed not showing: confirm your site allows iframes and the embed code is pasted correctly.

The form URL is tied to the form. Use a redirect on your domain or custom domain if you need a short or branded URL.
