View results
Completed forms arrive as responses. View them under Results: overview, filters, and sorting. From there you can open Analytics or the Responses explorer.
What you will see
Results (or Results) shows a list or overview of all responses.
You can often sort by date (newest first) and filter. Open each response for details.
From results you can go to Analytics (charts, averages) or the Responses explorer (advanced search).
How to set it up
1. Open the form under Surveys and go to Results.
2. Review the response list. Use sort and filters as needed.
3. Click a response to see all answers.
4. For export: use Export Center or the form export option (see Export data).

Use the Responses explorer to search answer text and apply advanced filters.

Common issues
No responses: confirm the form was shared and completed; check filters.
