Responses explorer
The Responses explorer lets you search and filter all responses for a form—useful to find specific answers or export a subset.
What you will see
Open it from the form (under Results or a dedicated Responses explorer tab).
A list or table with search and filters; search may include answer text or metadata.
Open a response for full question and answer detail.
How to set it up
1. Open the form and go to the Responses explorer.
2. Search answer text; apply date or score filters if available.
3. Sort by date or columns. Click a row for full detail.
4. Export or run actions from here where supported (see Export data).
Tips
Search open-text answers for themes in feedback.
Filter on low scores to find improvement areas quickly.
Common issues
Search returns nothing: check fields and period; confirm responses exist.
Export from explorer: use the export button or Export Center for form answers.
