Manage columns
Columns store per-row data (email, name, date, etc.). Add them via import or manually and set column settings for email and first name used by flows and Email Center.
What you will see
A table shows columns and rows; import (CSV/Excel) or manual add creates columns.
Under Settings or Column settings you set email and optional first name columns.
Flows and email templates use these defaults.
How to set it up
1. Open the table under Datatables.
2. Add columns via import (headers become columns) or manual add if supported.
3. Open table Settings and Column settings.
4. Choose "Email column" and optionally "First name". Save.
Tips
Ensure the email column has valid addresses for flows to succeed.
First name column helps personalize templates (e.g. Hi {{first_name}}).
Common issues
Column settings missing: check permissions or import columns first.
Wrong column chosen: update Column settings; flows use the new mapping.
