Feedback Analytics offers Free (limited flows/forms and sends), Pro (higher limits, Mail Approval, often API), and Enterprise (custom). See pricing and Billing for details.
What you will see
Pricing page and Billing list Free, Pro, and Enterprise with limits and features (Mail Approval, API, custom domain).
Free: good to start with caps on flows and/or monthly sends. Pro: higher limits and Pro features. Enterprise: tailored.
How to set it up
1. Compare plans on Pricing or Billing (see Limits).
2. To upgrade: Billing → choose plan and complete payment.
3. New limits and features apply after upgrade.
Tips
Start on Free to try the platform; upgrade to Pro for Mail Approval, more email, or API.
Compare limits before downgrading (see Limits and Understand limits).
Common issues
Pro feature missing: confirm workspace is on Pro in Billing and feature is enabled for your plan.
