Limits

Each plan limits forms, flows, monthly emails, and sometimes responses. View usage under Billing or Limits to know when to upgrade.

What you will see

Billing or Limits shows plan and usage: forms, flows, emails per month, datatables, etc.

Hitting a limit may block new items or sending; you get notifications (e.g. on flow failure).

How to set it up

1. Review limits under Billing or Limits in Settings.

2. Monitor usage (e.g. emails sent this month). Upgrade before hitting caps (see Plans explained).

3. After upgrade new limits apply immediately.

Tips

Archive unused forms or turn off flows to stay within limits.

For email limits also see Understand limits under Email & Approval.

Common issues

"Limit reached" on flow or email: monthly or total cap hit. Upgrade or wait for reset.

Unsure of limit: check Billing for plan and exact numbers.
