Set up your workspace

The workspace is your central environment for surveys, flows, datatables, and email templates. Under Settings you configure the workspace name, billing, and (on Pro) team members and permissions.

What you will see

At the bottom of the left menu you find "Settings" for workspace settings.

You see options for the workspace name, billing (on a paid plan), and optionally team members and invitations.

Depending on your permissions you see Billing, team management, or only basic settings.

How to set it up

1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu.

2. Update the workspace name if needed so you can recognize it (e.g. with multiple workspaces).

3. On a paid plan: verify billing details under Billing.

4. To add colleagues, invite team members (see Add team members) and set roles (see Roles & permissions).

Tips

Give each workspace a clear name (e.g. per project or client) if you use several.

Billing is per workspace; change plan or details here or via the billing portal.

Common issues

Settings not visible: you may lack permissions for this workspace. Ask an admin to adjust your access (Roles & permissions).

Changing the workspace name does not change the shared workspace link; that stays the same.

FAQ

At the bottom of the app left menu. There you manage the workspace and, with permission, billing and team members.
Deleting a workspace is only possible under certain conditions (no active subscriptions, etc.). Contact support if unsure.
