Understand flow statistics
Each flow shows how often it ran and whether emails succeeded or failed—useful to verify automation and find errors.
What you will see
Statistics (or Stats) shows counts: runs, succeeded, failed.
Runs = trigger fired (e.g. new rows). Succeeded = email queued or sent; failed = error (missing email, limit, etc.).
A history of recent runs with date and status may be available.
How to set it up
1. Open the flow and go to Statistics.
2. Review total runs and succeeded/failed split.
3. For failures, diagnose (see Flow debugging) and fix flow or data.
Tips
After enabling a flow, check statistics to confirm first runs succeed.
Many failures often mean invalid emails or limits—check column data and Understand limits.
Common issues
No runs: trigger may not have fired. Turn flow On and verify trigger. See Flow debugging.
Many failed: missing/invalid emails or limit reached. Check column and plan limits.
